Youth and Community Services

CAPK Youth and Community Services is a division of the Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK), dedicated to empowering youth and strengthening families across our communities. We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments where young people can thrive and build a foundation for lifelong success.

We provide a wide range of programs and services focused on youth development, education, leadership, and community engagement. From after-school programs and mentoring to youth leadership training and community outreach, our goal is to equip young individuals and families with the tools they need to overcome barriers, achieve their goals, and become active, resilient members of their communities.
