Who We Are
Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) is a frontline anti-poverty organization dedicated to strengthening the well-being of individuals, families, and communities across Kern County. We connect people to essential resources, provide compassionate support, and build pathways toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
What We Do
CAPK delivers a full continuum of housing and homeless services, including 2-1-1 resource navigation, emergency and transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing. Our Veteran Supportive Services program offers specialized housing assistance, case management, and stability resource for veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
